 Use for confectionery industry, food and beverage processing and as an additive in food: reconstituting coconut milk, apply for toppings, in the baking of biscuits, snack bars, cakes, cookies and other food products

       +  Fat : High fat (64 ± 3%); Medium fat (45-50%); Low fat (30 -35%).

        +  Size: Fine; Medium; Chips; Flakes.

- SO2 : Max 100 ppm

- TPC :Max 10⁴ cfu/g

- Free from E.coli &Salmonella

25 kgs net/bag. PE in liner, 02 kraft bag with PP outside, sticker or customer request.

5. STORAGE CONDITION

Store in dry and cool place ,away from hight humidity, strong odours and direct sunlight.
